We Don't Always Inherit What We Want |
|
|
By Anne Brewer

There are many types of inherited traits. Inherited traits are most often associated with genetic factors. Typically we think of physical attributes when asked what we inherited, such as the color of our hair or eyes, our blood type, or even a congenital disease such as hemophilia. Inherited features also include behavioral characteristics we develop based on observing and experiencing the behavior of others during childhood, particularly our family members. For example, perhaps we are more inclined to be volatile rather than calm or impatient rather than tolerant due to observing a display of these characteristics by others.
Some of our inherited traits may please us while others may cause us to feel dismay. As an aside, remember that you do not need to be burdened to accept the less pleasing inherited traits. According to quantum physics, we are 99.9% energy. In fact, matter is nothing but trapped energy. Therefore, we can alter that energy by releasing it, then upgrading the void that is left by the release to a more desirable format. We can repattern the old programs by replacing them with new ones. This can be achieved for behavioral traits and even traits that were inherited through our DNA, since the basis of all form is energy. If you are interested in learning a repatterning technique that I teach called "Soul Clearing", visit my website at www.annebrewer.com and review the class that is available on tape. Or visit the Holographic Repatterning website at www.holographic.org for their class schedule. Don't live with the traits you no longer want or need. Repattern them so you can evolve to your highest level of spiritual consciousness during this particular physical incarnation.
Bear in mind that inherited traits are not limited to the biological and sociological features imparted by our parents or our environment. Inherited traits also include matriarchal and patriarchal imprints that have survived throughout eons, being passed down via our female and male lineage. In this article, I will provide you with a prayer request for clearing some of the most predominant gender inheritance traits that are limiting your soul growth. Clearing these programs will enable you to further extract yourself from the "matrix" that forms the Earth blueprint. This matrix is important in order to maintain the learning structure that we chose when incarnating on this planet. However, it may no longer serve our personal growth as our learning accelerates and takes us to new places.
Let's review some common matriarchal and patriarchal imprints that probably no longer serve us. Please note that regardless of gender, you should clear the programs descending through both female and male lineages as you carry both in your energy field. Besides, you never know which gender you will choose in your next incarnation, and the clearing work will transcend time. Also note that some of the gender imprints may not be as pertinent in the 21st century. However, they are still carried in the mass consciousness energy field, especially because some cultures continue to be less "modern" than others as it relates to gender bias.
The most common matriarchal and patriarchal restrictions include:
GENDER RESTRICTION EXPLANATION
Matriarchal Distortions in our perception of power based on observations and genetic heritage of our matriarchal roots. There are a myriad of female power programs that conflict with our balance. These programs may create a perception that females are powerless (the weaker sex, chattel, possessions) or, conversely that they misuse power (ball-buster, bitch, shrew). Either power extreme needs to be released to find balance.
Matriarchal Hysterics, fear, and anger that result from the observation of negative aspects and burdens of the female role. Given the male dominance characterized since the fall of the priestess and goddess and the rise of the male patriarch in formal religious systems, it is understandable that females have negative perceptions relating to their status as a female. Feelings of being burdened by womanhood, including menses and childbearing, should be released. Females need to recognize the divine aspects of their role.
GENDER RESTRICTION EXPLANATION
Matriarchal Fear of death in childbirth, in the death of our children, and in the death of our spouse. Prior to modern medicine, loss of life during childbirth (for both mother and child) was one of the leading causes of death. Additionally, females fear the death of their children and spouse as they had to rely on other family members for sustenance during times when they were not allowed to work or own property. Belief in physical well-being is an important aspect of self-empowerment and needs to be reinstated.
Matriarchal Possession of a "bad mother" archetype that causes a sense of failure and guilt. Mothers hold the perception they could have done more in the upbringing of their children. Guilt is frequently present whenever a mother prioritizes something for herself over her children. If a child makes poor choices, mothers blame themselves. The "bad mother" archetype needs to be replaced with the "good mother" archetype.
Patriarchal Imbalance based on a domineering, authoritative, and unquestionable patriarchal orientation. For males, power imbalances weigh heavily on the domination side. Men are required to be in charge, even when they feel insecure. They are burdened with sustenance responsibilities they are not supposed to share with females as patriarch of the family. Males need to recalibrate their power so they can share with others rather than do it themselves.
Patriarchal Belief in patriarchal supremacy. Religious and secular institutions for the past several thousand years have been run by patriarchal hierarchies. When we accept or interact with these institutions, we strip ourselves of a natural balance that occurs when males and females partner together.
Patriarchal Agitation based on the misperception that being male carries burdensome responsibility. Similar to females who are burdened with childbearing, males are burdened with bringing home the bacon or being the most virile or having the most strength, to name a few. Males should recalibrate to embrace both male and female roles while releasing the burden that is associated with the male image.
If you wish to upgrade the following imprints to a new way of being, the following prayer request should be conducted. Prior to reading the request, you will need to instruct your subconscious to create a "surcharge" of vital force (i.e., mana, prana, chi). Then breathe deeply six times using the following pattern: inhale slowly to the count of four, hold to the count of four, exhale slowly to the count of eight. This is an ancient Polynesian or Kahuna breathing pattern that generates a great deal of vital force. Please note that vital force is not the breath itself. It is the combustion of energy that occurs when oxygen enters the body and interacts with the stored fats, proteins, and carbohydrates in your cells (adenosinediphosphate combusts into adenosinetriphosphate). Command your subconscious to send the vital force to your spiritual committee and High Self to be used to enact the following request. Then, read the request aloud.
· Please conduct all of the following requests on (STATE YOUR NAME) or any version of (NAME) for all interdimensional levels, all energy bodies into infinity, all aspects of the soul, all parallel and multidimensional lives, all past/present/future lives in all concepts of time, on all subconscious levels of thought, throughout eternity. Remove all trauma resulting from the following conditions, transmuting it to love, while retaining all learning experiences free of trauma. Ensure the transition from the old to the new are tailored to what is appropriate for me, and it is easy and expeditious.
· Release the distortions in my perception of power based on my observations and genetic heritage of my matriarchal roots. Replace the distortions with universal truth about the mother goddess energy.
· Remove the hysterics, fears, and anger resulting from observing negative aspects of the female role. Remove the agitation associated with the misperceptions of the burdens of being female. Replace my hysterics with calm, my fear with love, my anger with acceptance, and my agitated energy with positive energy to allow me to rejoice in my femaleness.
· Remove my fear of death in childbirth, in the death of their children, and in the death of my spouse. Replace the fear with a belief in my physical well-being and a positive perception and sense of self-empowerment of my role as child-bearer and spouse.
· Remove the bad mother archetype that creates a double bind, a sense of failure, and a feeling of guilt. Honor the perfect mother that I am is as I recognize that all mother/child experiences are positively co-created.
· Balance my imbalance resulting from a domineering, authoritative, and unquestionable patriarchal orientation. Replace it with an energy of partnership.
· Disband and bind the dark brotherhood that promotes patriarchal supremacy. Replace it with an orientation to balance, equality, cooperation, and peace.
· Remove the agitation associated with the misperceptions of the burdens of responsibility due to being male. Replace my agitated energy with positive energy to allow me to rejoice in my maleness.
As always, clearing the old programs and upgrading them with the new programs will provide you opportunities for new experiences. Pay attention to how you feel when interfacing with male and female stereotypes based on holding a balanced gender imprint. Enjoy the new male/female you!
