Balancing the Brow Chakra:
The Telepathic Center and
Connection to Universal truth
|
|
|
By Anne Brewer

Although we appear to be physical, we are actually pools of energy. We live in a pulsing sea of energy that surrounds us, is inside of us, and is manifested by us. In Far Eastern philosophy, this energy is called "chi" (Taoist), "ki" (Japanese), or "prana" (Hindu). The Polynesians call this energy "mana". Regardless of the terminology, the energy is the vital force that constitutes who we are and how we feel. By paying attention to how energy enters and leaves our body and ensuring there are no blockages, we can optimize our well-being.
In both Oriental yoga and Western new age thought, chakras are energy centers which transform and distribute energy. Chakras act as inflow and outflow points for energy that enters and leaves the physical body. Chakra is the Sanskrit word for "wheel", thus named because it can be "seen" by clairvoyants as a spinning disc of energy. Chakras are not located on the physical body. Rather, they are situated on the energy body that is called the etheric body, which is approximately one inch away from the physical body. Most people, whether clairvoyant or not, can see the gray-blue band of the etheric body by focusing past someone's image and using "soft" vision. The chakras are the true healing energy centers of the body. They are the vehicles that receive and release the streams of vitality that keep our body healthy.
Chakras operate like step-down transformers for the higher energy frequencies that surround us. Without chakras, we would be bombarded by energy that would be too strong for us to withstand. Chakras process this energy and convert it into chemical, hormonal, and cellular changes in the body. Obviously, the health of the seven primary chakras is most critical to physical and spiritual well-being.
Although there are seven primary chakras associated with the physical body and a myriad of secondary chakra centers, we will address only the brow chakra today which is located, as the name suggests, at the brow of the head. Some call it the third eye because the brow chakra is the telepathic link to universal truth. It is our psychic center that enables us to retrieve information beyond that which is told or taught to us, and we must be balanced in this center in order to successfully link to our High Self or Godself. The following list describes the areas that the brow chakra impacts. Ensuring balance in the brow chakra thereby ensures balance in these areas:
· Self-evaluation
· Truth, clear vision, connection to Universal truth, aligned with personal truth
· Intellectual abilities
· Feelings of adequacy
· Open to ideas of others
· Ability to learn from experience
· Emotional intelligence
· Psychic/telepathic hook-up, intuition
· Expansive viewpoint
· Execution of inspirations/visions
· Have focus for life, personal priorities support ideals
· Self-introspection, insight
· Past life recall
If you would like to balance the brow chakra, you can use the following prayer request toward that purpose. Prior to reading the request, you will need to instruct your subconscious to create a "surcharge" of vital force (i.e., mana, prana, chi). Then breathe deeply six times using the following pattern: inhale slowly to the count of four, hold to the count of four, exhale slowly to the count of eight. This is an ancient Polynesian or Kahuna breathing pattern that generates a great deal of vital force. Please note that vital force is not the breath itself. It is the combustion of energy that occurs when oxygen enters the body and interacts with the stored fats, proteins, and carbohydrates in your cells. Command your subconscious to send the vital force to your spiritual committee and High Self to be used to enact the following request. Then, read the request aloud.
· Please conduct all of the following requests on me or any version of me for all interdimensional levels, all energy bodies into infinity, all aspects of the soul, all parallel and multidimensional lives, all past/present/future lives in all concepts of time, on all subconscious levels of thought, throughout eternity. Remove all trauma, transmuting it to love, while retaining all learning experiences free of trauma.
· Restore my brow chakra to full health and balance. Ensure my brow chakra spin aligns with the principles of sacred geometry that form the parameters for a healthy and balanced brow chakra. Open and align all inflow and outflow points so that the energy is properly distributed.
· Remove all past and current life programs that have contributed to blocks through trauma in any of the following areas, specifically my:
o Self-evaluation
o Truth, clear vision, connection to Universal truth, aligned with personal truth
o Intellectual abilities
o Feelings of adequacy
o Open to ideas of others
o Ability to learn from experience
o Emotional intelligence
o Psychic/telepathic hook-up, intuition
o Expansive viewpoint
o Execution of inspirations/visions
o Have focus for life, personal priorities support ideals
o Self-introspection, insight
o Past life recall
· Replace all blocks with the upgraded attributes listed above. Show me that the upgrade has occurred through positive life experiences.
· I acknowledge my connection to the Divine through my brow chakra that leads to expanded consciousness. I feel blessed by this connection.
You may need to conduct this prayer request more than once. We live in a dynamic environment, and our energy centers can be knocked out of balance by external factors. Given your awareness of the attributes of a balanced brow chakra from the list above, you will know when you need to, for example, "realign with a focus for life where personal priorities support ideals" or "replace the feeling of tunnel vision with an expansive viewpoint". Retain this prayer request and use it whenever necessary to maintain a well-balanced brow chakra center.
