Auric Fields of Energy
|
|
 |

"Invocation To The Light I live within the light. I love within the light. I laugh within the light. I am sustained and nourished by the light. I joyously serve the light. For I Am The Light. I Am I AM. I AM."
By Tashira Tachi-ren
The human aura or energy field is composed of shifting vibrations of energy known to be one and the same as the eternal aether that infuses and illuminates all living matter. It is composed of light that transforms and transmutes the aetheric forces into an energy slow-down that can be utilized by human bodies, plants or even constellations. It is believed by many that the aura is an extention of the soul or "Spark of God" that infuses humans at the time of their birth and can be felt to swirl in a spiral of life around a subject.
The auric field refers to the way our energy body swirls and dances around and within us. When we are happy and full of joy, it expands to touch the life forces of others. When we are afraid or in pain, it contracts to bring its focused power back to its source. That aspect of human personality we call charisma goes hand in hand with people who are able to throw wide their auric fields with love and good intention. People we want to touch and know, such as movie stars and heroes, are often individuals who use their energy to expand into the world. It conversely explains why when one person at work comes in angry, so many in the office can be negatively charged by their nasty mood over the course of a work day. Many believe the auric field may extend as far as 18 feet outside of the body but, few can feel its power outside of three to six feet. In truth, the auric body can be cast thousands of miles away. Through the power of intention, reiki masters send healing to patients long distances away. Which confirms the understanding that on earth, possession is nine-tenths of the law but on the astral levels, intention is the presiding Law of God. Where you can intend or affirm, you can follow with manifestation in tow.
Described below are the focused sites of etheric power or the chakras, which are concentrated passages of energy or nerve sites for our auric flow and their powers. There are countless chakras sites within the body but usually seven are recognized most often as the power plants or hubs regulating flow to areas of need. The core seven chakras which correspond to major organs/body systems, celestial bodies and numbers within the endocrine system are:
1. The Root Chakra - Located at base of spine & known as beginning of kundalini energy. Associated with earth, smell, physical energy, sexuality and vitality. This is a primary grounding energy & can start the generation of physical strength. The color associated here is vivid red.
2. The Sacral or Spleen Chakra - Located two fingers below the navel. Linked to the adrenal glands and water, this chakra holds the key to the fight or flight response. Linked to re-birth & regeneration, its primary color is bright orange.
3. The Solar Plexus or Gut Response - Found just below the breastbone and linked to digestion. It's element is fire and it is often called our psychic battery or storehouse of energy. It provides a much needed link between emotions and our mind. Its bright color is yellow.
4. The Heart Center - This is linked to the thymus and controls our immune system. It is seen as the center of deep emotion and energies generated here effect the heart, lungs and upper respiratory tract. It is of the element air and is bright green.
5. The Throat Chakra - Found at the top of the throat - its element is aether. It governs communication and self-expression through writing and speech. Linked to the thyroid gland it controls metabolic rate and influences the throat, ears, nose, mouth and neck. It is ruled by the color blue.
6. The Forehead or Third Eye Chakra - This chakra is in the center of the forehead and it governs the pineal and pituitary glands. It is the seat of higher consciousness and clairvoyancy. It controls the eyes, nerves, head and brain. The color here is a deep indigo.
7. The Crown Chakra - Or seat of the soul is the jeweled crown atop your head. Also associated with the pituitary and pineal glands, it is associated with balance between body, mind and spirit in an individual. Visualize the energy here like a mighty geyser shooting upward and outward, beginning as a violet wave and sparkling with many colors as it projects outwards.
Besides the seven main chakras, many recognize core centers of flow in the middle of the hands, at the joints (knees, elbows, shoulders, wrists, ankles) and on the feet.
It is proper to "see" the aura through our Third Eye, so, we may learn to feel with our inner vision. And when focusing, notice whether colors are bright or muted around your subjects. In some cases, muted colors represent illness, psychological disorder or negative emotions. These chakras represent doorways of wisdom, love, compassion and knowing of the Divine. Bright colors often indicate good health, balanced energy and illumination of purpose. And lastly, may I suggest a chakra-balancing meditation designed to open the energy sites fully, ridding them of the influences of stress, doubt, fear or pain? This spiritual activity often generates more dreams, boosts the immune system and leaves individuals feeling positively vulnerable - open to the world and full of passion. Find a place of quiet, free from outside stimulation, noise or inbalance. It is always recommended that we open the senses to their full reception potential so, the use of essential oils, incense, scented candles and soft music may be a plus in opening your portals of power. Refrain from doing chakra balancing too close to meals or intake of toxic chemicals such as alcohol or coffee. Try to allow down time after the meditation so the full impact of your healing experience may be truly felt.
Surround your quieted body with quartz crystals, placing them point side towards the heart, in the palm of your hands, below your feet facing upwards and one over your head pointing towards your heart. Find a grounding stone, i.e., like halite, calcite, malachite or even obsidian, to place over your heart to receive any toxicity, negative emanations or overflow. Not only can this activity cleanse the chakras but, it begins the process of elimination of stress or illness-related energy from the body. Try to allow no more than 20 minutes for this exercise.
Once you are relaxed and the crystals are in place, visualize the most brilliant swirl of golden energy moving in and out of every part of your body and universe. The golden energy of Raphael is a balancer, often substituting stress for joy and the awareness of pure energy. Allow the energy to flow through every doorway, washing every shadow throughout the body with golden light. At some point in the allotted time, you will feel a zing of energy that alerts you to the end of the exercise. Gather the golden light together and visualize it passing from your body through the heartstone placed over your chest.
Chakra balancing can result in minor body aches and weariness afterwards. Do not be alarmed by these symptoms of release. The body knows pain or pleasure and spiritual expansion or clearing often feels like "stretching" to the brain and body. Make sure to cleanse the heartstone properly. You may immerse it in a sea salt bath or put in out in the sunshine for cleansing.
May the golden light of Raphael's Divine Balance bring you oneness with your higher self and God.
