Transformational Healing
through the Violet Flame!

Today: Prayer

by Eva Kettles
Dear Reader, Dear Writer!
Hello to everyone!

There are many forms of prayer. Every prayer is practically completely unique and should be. Why do we pray and what do we expect?

Many of us pray only when we are in a very desperate situation and we need help like for instance in this little story:

One man was working on the roof of a house and he suddenly started to slip down closer and closer to the edge of the roof and he was praying: God please help, please don’t let me fall down that roof. Nothing happened, he slipped even more and he got really scared.

Just when he began to fall - his shirt got stuck on a nail and he was hanging on to this tiny thread for his life. He looked around as he hung there and figured out how to get down. His response to God: God – never mind – I got it covered!

This shows that we are not really aware of all the good that comes from praying and from God. When I say God I refer to God as universal energy that responds to what we are asking. Ask and it is given! We need to be open for answers – for help. We pray and forget to really consider what has shifted our situation into good.

But this story can also be interpreted a little different. The man in a way saw his own strength and he himself manifested his own rescue, because he believed he could.

Most of us pray because we need the power of God to help us change something on the outside, something in our experience.

Wouldn’t you agree that this is very common? We use prayer and we try to manipulate our experience on the outside. We want a better life, more money, we want God to find us the perfect mate and we want to be loved and adored. Furthermore we want to be in perfect health and have a lot of fun. And while we are trying to ask God for all that we want, we seem to see God outside of ourselves. We seem to believe in an higher power that manages all life and that seems to judge us for what we have done and we need to convince this power to love us so that we are worthy of the good we desire. In order to get what we want we ask and hope that our future finally changes into something else. But we rely on God and we get really mad at God if life doesn’t seem to shift although we prayed every day for it. The moment we haven’t been successful in the use of praying we stop doing it and we stop having faith in God and we disconnect from God because he hasn’t responded in our favor.

Does anybody see him/herself in this routine?

Some time ago I have prayed just like this, wondering why I didn’t feel happy with my circumstances and feeling disappointed from God over and over again.

God is not outside of us. God is in everything we see, everything that exists – is of God. All is made out of the same substance. There is definitely a higher power that we can’t explain, but we are of it. We are all that God is. The Christ consciousness is also alive within us – if we only let it be alive. We don’t need to find something that we think we don’t have -outside- of ourselves. It is all there already within us – ready to be expressed, ready to shine.

If we realize this as our truth we suddenly pray differently.

1. We identify God – that God is in all and that we are One with all. That God is good and doesn’t have a judgment about us.

2. We unify with the Christ consciousness within us and let the power be us. We concentrate on what the perfect expression of the Christ within us looks like, is like and we breath it in – in its perfection and wholeness. We know who we really are and we feel so thankful for knowing the truth about ourselves.

3. Then we realize how the experience feels like as the Christ being ness that we are. When we are completely aware of who we really are, then the situation in our life feels differently and we reach a complete different goal with this prayer. We suddenly shift the consciousness within us onto ourselves and our being ness and the outside situation becomes something different by itself, because we have changed towards it. We have changed into acceptance, love and thankfulness for that and much more is who we truly are and the situation dissolves in itself, because we can suddenly embrace it. It might sound really far out but I have tried it now for sometime and it works. I admit - it needs practice and we need to look at all that comes up within us that wants to convince us that we are not as great as Jesus or Buddha or Krishna. But we are – all in our own unique way. That small talk that tries to pull you down is the talk that you have taken on over the time, that covered your true self layer by layer and now we don’t even believe that we are a wonderful golden essence underneath. We need not to become something else – we need just to let go of stuff that has covered our Self and we see all that we can be.

Are you thinking…..ahhhh – it all sounds so great, but it is true for everyone but me? I understand and know how you are feeling. I have been through a lot of those up and downs.

All I can say is - we need to do the work. We need to be in charge of our thinking. Once again: positive thoughts manifest positive manifestations and negative thoughts produce negative outcomes.

If we try to manipulate the universe through the use of prayer, meditation or affirmation rather than to use these tools for the own change of perspective, to the things that happen “to us”, then we think we keep running in circles. We can only see differently – if we are different. Therefore we need to be the true force of love and kindness and peace and freedom and abundance and health and prosperity and joy that we are.

Most of us keep meditating, affirming and praying in order to change the outside and by doing all that is “needed” – we think – we can expect our life to look differently.

We might be lucky and life is showing up a bit differently but what it is really about is to feel differently about what shows up in the outside and also to think differently about it. We need to change our view of things – our perception. And our prayer, our meditation and our affirmation helps us to feel and think differently if we do it with this goal in mind. Instead of a manipulation, it becomes a manifestation. If we do so – the outer experiences don’t matter anymore because we feel perfectly whole in any circumstance and in any moment no matter what it seems to be for others or for the whole world. It is anyway not what it seems to be! Nobody is right and everyone is right! All a matter of perception. God is the essence, the fuel, the energy, but God is not the appearance! That’s why we can’t blame God for how we feel about the things that happen! God is not creating positive or negative – God just is within all that is. No judgment whatsoever!

We are making it so difficult for ourselves. Instead of just relaxing and knowing that all is perfect as it is.

Amen!

Eva Kettles,
Spiritual Channel & Healer

Eva Kettles is a spiritual channel, and guide who offers a sensitive, confidential, non-intrusive, results-oriented approach of clearing the pathway to becoming your True Self….consciously uncovering your Divine Essence.

Mrs. Kettles acts as a “loving detective” to give you clear guidance to your life questions. Working with the healing energy of the Violet Flame, Eva will transform your blocks in all the dimensions that make up your entire being so you can live according to your divine plan and purpose. Release deep seated fears, thought patterns and beliefs that keep you from expressing your authentic self.

Through a process of forgiveness and with the loving presence and help of our spirit guides, Eva enables healing to take place in mind, body, heart and soul. Eva offers individual guidance, fertility counseling, premarital guidance, couples coaching, space clearing and prayer/blessings.

Eva was born and raised in Germany. After finishing business school in Switzerland she discovered her ‘real’ passion for the eternal questions of Life that everybody has, but to which few people discover the answers.

To that end, she decided to become a holistic practitioner. During this education she got a wide background in all available alternative therapy disciplines.

Towards the end of her studies she decided to specialize in Bio-photonic Light Therapy (by Darbic, Dr. Acquillera, France), Frequency/Electrotherapy (Megawave 150), Color puncture, Regenaplex Cellular Therapy (Switzerland), Karma work, Hypnosis and Forgiveness work and opened her own practice first in Munich, than another one in Lucerne, Switzerland. Later, she established a healthy practice in New York City before moving to Ojai, California in March of 2004.

Eva was the protégé of Dr. Gutow in Germany. . He dedicated his whole life to finding out the reasons behind all illnesses. He took into account food, drinks, toxic surroundings or materials, homeopathic remedies in too high frequencies, astral positions, divine paths, karmic constellations, spells, entities and energies that block our good to come forth.

Dr. Gutow could access the highest self or spiritual guidance of each person and discovered that Eva had the ability to do the same work that he was doing. Using the analytical test that was developed by Dr. Gutow, Eva could immediately find out which therapy would work for which client. She explains: “It is like a key and a lock. We have to find the right key to unlock our good. Some keys work, some don’t!”

Having been blessed with many teachers, including Nadeen Shatyam , she learned that once you trust your inner voice you become connected to the universal truth and you do not need to look outside of yourself.

Everything is within us when we finally learn to believe it. Her goal is to help you to find and establish that trust in yourself.
Having walked the path to self return, she knows how to guide others.
