Today: 6 Steps to change how you are feeling

Dear Reader, Dear Writer!
Hello to everyone!
Emotions: they are what our experiences and feelings mean to us. “We use our Interpretation to find out what exactly our experiences are!”
If this is true then can't we change our interpretation at any time???
Who doesn't want to be in a great mood? Who does not want to be happy, loving and always caring?
Honestly: we are all present in our experiences on a daily basis. As long we are present within our surroundings, we feel different emotions. We need to recognize what these emotions are communicating to us. Every emotion has a unique purpose in our lives.
First, the 10 emotions listed below can underlie all other emotions. When we ask ourselves: “What are we feeling truly in this moment”? This is a list of emotions which could be considered "our bottom line emotions":
1) feeling uncomfortable
2) fear
3) hurt
4) anger
5) frustration
6) feelings of disappointment
7) guilt
8) feelings of inadequacy
9) overloaded (hopeless, overwhelmed)
10) feeling lonely
There is a simple test of personal observation that can be taken when you are feeling mad, sad, angry or any of the above feelings. Ask yourself this question. “ Which category of feelings/emotions lies under the first feeling that you are aware of”?
Step 1: Identify the feeling!
Step 2: Appreciate and begin to understand the message the feelings identified are sending.
If we realize that every emotion is a signal of personal awareness towards something then every emotion can be considered an action signal.
If every emotion is an action signal, then what is it that needs to be acted upon? What do we have to change or look at within ourselves?
We can either change OUR PERCEPTION, meaning we change how we feel about something or we change OUR PROCEDURE, which means we change how we behave, act, or react.
Step 3: Become curious! Clarify what it is you want!
To clarify ask these 4 Questions:
A. How do I want to feel? Do I want to feel Love or Anger?
B. What do I need to believe in-order to feel one way or another?
For instance, you may believe that your spouse loves you, even if they sit in front of the
computer or play poker instead of spending time with you. Their choice does not diminish their love for you! This is your spouse's way of enjoying his or her self; unfortunately, it may not be the choice you would make. This is OK! Instead of becoming angry - you could ask yourself “what things do I enjoy doing and go enjoy them.
C. What am I willing to do in order to feel love instead of anger?
As and example you could meet a girlfriend and go to the movies or you could take your dog for a walk. Be willing to do something for yourself and give your spouse their space.
D. What can I learn from this?
What others do has nothing to do with you. Usually people do not want to hurt you by their actions. Thus, you do not have to take their actions personally!
Step 4: Communicate your newfound desire!
Become confident in communicating your exact wants, needs, and desires! When you speak directly from your heart, you are speaking from a clear and honest place and this allows people to hear you openly and willingly. Many times, we attempt to manipulate others through comments or action such as nagging, screaming, or passive-aggressive behavior. By following this behavior, we are attempting to push another to meet our needs instead of openly stating what our desires and needs are. Try telling your spouse you desire a hug, or that you would like them to spend time with you without distractions. Explain to them why you need him or her to be attentive, soft, or displaying affection in a loving way. If your spouse still chooses to not respond after speaking your truth, you have a choice to change your perception towards their actions and respect that they are meeting their own needs at that moment. It is important to learn to not take another persons actions personally. If your spouse arrives home late, believe that this action was not intended to be hurtful to you personally. Something else has hindered them such as traffic, leaving work late or maybe they stopped to buy you a gift. When someone does not keep up with our pre-conceived expectations, our minds wander in the direction of negative thought patterns towards
their behavior.
Step 5: Get comfortable with the feelings of your choice!
Practice feeling emotions that you are not used to having or expressing. Cultivate the following
list of heavenly-emotions! You certainly are free to choose the feelings that you want to feel.
(Step 3)
1. love / warmth
2. appreciative / grateful
3. curiosity / to wonder like a child
4. excitement / passionate
5. determination / follow through
6. flexibility in evaluation
7. confidence – faith
8. cheerfulness (happiness can be difficult for some to feel, where cheerfulness can be
felt by others)
9. feeling healthy / vital / vibrant / alive
10. a sense of contribution
Sometimes our mind does not differentiate between the reality of a situation and the true way we experience an event! Occasionally we confuse an internal reality or desire with the way we wish things could be experienced. We can create everything we want by visualizing and practicing our internal idea, or our inner truth and connect this with our belief in our worthiness of the desired outcome we want. The desired outcome becomes our true reality and we are willing to open to and feel this as our truth. Our feelings are the true pathway to heavens door!
We can say things, we do not mean! We can think things we don't believe! However, we have a hard time feeling things we do not believe or mean! We need to learn to recognize the new feelings in our body; we need to learn to feel them. What does the feeling do to us? What is the feeling telling us? How would you describe it? Ask yourself these questions so that you can begin to really feeling your true feeling!
These steps could seem terribly difficult- but in reality as you begin to apply them they become very simple. They take focus and commitment. Step 6 is very important!
Step 6: Take action!
Get excited about changing your life! Get excited about feeling different. Become active and excited about feeling all the emotions you have not felt on a regular bases.
Make a list of feelings, emotions and actions that make you feel good. If you know you display certain comfort habits like eating to feel better - acknowledge that behavior and throw it away replacing it with another positive action such as an affirmation that would make you feel better.
Another action you can take is to develop a method such as a mantra, prayer, or affirmation that will help you to reconnect with your inner truth when times get tough.
Here are some examples:
- if things do not go the way you expected them to - you could say: “this is
a protection, because the best is yet to come.” maybe you could add more to this
affirmation to make clear what is a protection.
- if you are disappointed, you could say: I can always change this situation. Today is a
new day, what was yesterday lies in the past.
- Everything is possible!
It is amazing when we start appreciating every emotion and we are willing to recognize that the emotion is there in order to help us. When we are grateful for the emotions and feelings, things really start to change. The first action we need to take is to go into inner silence - looking within for the answers - instead of outwardly blaming others.
These simple steps have helped me. I hope they serve you as well.
Many blessings. Please believe in your abilities to change everything for the better when the
time is ripe to do so.
Love and Peace,
Eva

.consciously uncovering your Divine Essence.
Mrs. Kettles acts as a loving detective to give you clear guidance to your life questions. Working with the healing energy of the Violet Flame, Eva will transform your blocks in all the dimensions that make up your entire being so you can live according to your divine plan and purpose. Release deep seated fears, thought patterns and beliefs that keep you from expressing your authentic self.
Through a process of forgiveness and with the loving presence and help of our spirit guides, Eva enables healing to take place in mind, body, heart and soul. Eva offers individual guidance, fertility counseling, premarital guidance, couples coaching, space clearing and prayer/blessings.
Eva was born and raised in Germany. After finishing business school in Switzerland she discovered her real passion for the eternal questions of Life that everybody has, but to which few people discover the answers.
To that end, she decided to become a holistic practitioner. During this education she got a wide background in all available alternative therapy disciplines.
Towards the end of her studies she decided to specialize in Bio-photonic Light Therapy (by Darbic, Dr. Acquillera, France), Frequency/Electrotherapy (Megawave 150), Color puncture, Regenaplex Cellular Therapy (Switzerland), Karma work, Hypnosis and Forgiveness work and opened her own practice first in Munich, than another one in Lucerne, Switzerland. Later, she established a healthy practice in New York City before moving to Ojai, California in March of 2004.
Eva was the protégé of Dr. Gutow in Germany. . He dedicated his whole life to finding out the reasons behind all illnesses. He took into account food, drinks, toxic surroundings or materials, homeopathic remedies in too high frequencies, astral positions, divine paths, karmic constellations, spells, entities and energies that block our good to come forth.
Dr. Gutow could access the highest self or spiritual guidance of each person and discovered that Eva had the ability to do the same work that he was doing. Using the analytical test that was developed by Dr. Gutow, Eva could immediately find out which therapy would work for which client. She explains: It is like a key and a lock. We have to find the right key to unlock our good. Some keys work, some dont!
Having been blessed with many teachers, including Nadeen Shatyam , she learned that once you trust your inner voice you become connected to the universal truth and you do not need to look outside of yourself.
Everything is within us when we finally learn to believe it. Her goal is to help you to find and establish that trust in yourself. Having walked the path to self return, she knows how to guide others.
