Notes:
Over the past few months. Valerie has been working on (and solving!) many murder cases with various police and law enforcement agencies. Therefore, she will answer 5-6 questions in this column.

Dear Valerie,
I have dated a man named Rob for 3 years. We are now currently having problems and are not seeing each other at this time. I know he loves me as much as I love him.
No, you love him, he fell out of love with you,I am sorry.
We have been through a lot together and somehow always manage to end up back together. I have always believed that we would eventually get married. I am 40 and he is 42, we have both been married and divorced.

I need to know if the man that I love will be able to solve his personal problems and be able to be in a relationship with me.
No, he is hooked up with another. He can't get free.
I think he is going through a depression (not sure).
True.
Things were wonderful between and we were getting really close but he pulled away- but not completely. He does not really want to completely let me go. He said he needs time and has to be alone- which I think is true with what he is going through right now. He seams to feel guilty and does not want to waste my time, and at the same time he really wants me to stick around because he keeps calling me and e-mailing on a regular basis since he broke up (about 3 weeks ago). He is sending me mixed messages. I think he loves me and he told me he wishes this could work out, but he is very afraid because of his very difficult past.
I do feel he love's you, however his constant back and forth shows his insecurity. Don't make it excuses for his past.
I love him so deeply, I would be ready to wait and be patient for him to come to me when he solves his problems and takes a decision to be in a couple. I think he is worth it. I wish I could be there for him, I wish he would let me.
I am so sorry, this will never work.

Dear Valerie,
I feel I'm on the brink of some big changes in my life (spiritually & in my relationships).
I feel that also.
I feel at ease that these changes may occur, but I also feel as if I should be doing something more to prepare myself for them. Should I be searching for this new path or let life unfold.
Let this unfold, the truth comes in November.
I feel all the changes will be more fulfilling and enlightening than I've ever known. Something has been speaking to me...

Hi Valerie,
I had a dream in December of 2001 that my ex-husband (who lived in Denmark and I and our daughter live in the U.S.) died of a sudden heart attack. In February of 2002 he died of a heart attack while jogging. What is the explanation of this dream? Was I still "bonded" with him?

My name is Joanne, I am 44 years old, bd 6/12/1961. 5 years ago I lost my father (the sweetest man on earth) to spinal cancer.
I am so sorry, I lost my 32 year old daughter, and, the pain.oh,the pain....
During his illness my mother and fathers finances were suffering, I withdrew money from my 401k to help them.
What a great thing to do. God will bless you for that.
Now that time has past and my father is gone. I find that I am struggling so hard with fiances and no longer have the resources to help my self out and I have made so very very poor decisions that could hurt those I love.

I pray so hard to find the funds to help me out. Can you tell me if this will come to me.
