As you all know this is not an easy thing to do. I am actually smiling while I am starting to write. Where is spirit leading me this time? It is always a pleasure to be present with what comes through and also with that which the words can express. In our daily world we are so preoccupied with the meaning of our words. I have shared with you that I am from Germany and a lot of our German words are made up from two words and when we carefully extract these different meanings of the two words we can find a much deeper meaning of the connected word.
It is interesting to me because I am speaking now “in a new language” and some of the English words don’t have this double meaning or they can’t be extracted in that deeper sense. Sometimes it is the exact opposite and I find these double meanings in an English word and not in the German translation. I find that it seems to have a lot to do with our heritage, our culture and our past.
When I say something – coming from my German heritage, it happens a lot that I am misinterpreted and misunderstood and it takes a lot of effort from both sides to make things sound the way they were meant or to hear what they were meant to mean. I am sure I am not the only one having difficulties to be heard the way we want to be heard or to speak the way we want to speak. It happens in our first language as much as in our second. It doesn’t matter, the cause of the misunderstanding lies way deeper.
In order to communicate with each other we need to want the same thing. Both sides need to want to understand or to be understood. It is about the intention that everybody has before we start talking or listening. And one of the biggest intentions we can have is to be present in the moment we talk. How many times are we talking with someone while thinking about something completely else while we are still talking or listening??? How many times do we multitask and do at least 2 things at the same time?In this particular instance it is a big down side, while we do appreciate being able to multitask in so many other areas in our life. But it is a fact that multitasking means “doing many things at once” and we need to question ourselves “are we at all present with what we are doing while we are doing it or are we just doing”???
How can we change that? How can we change racing through our lives in a state of non- presence? We need to realize completely that no other moment is more important than the moment we are living in right now! It is in fact the only moment that is real.
I invite you to use your inner state of awareness that is able to witness what you are doing, when you are doing it and start watching yourself. Lift yourself into a place of clarity and higher awareness and be present in every moment of your life. Use all your senses! Your breath is the finest tool to get yourself into your body and your now-moment. But there are also your eyes, your smell, your taste and your touch. Use all of what you have all the time. Let them be in balance with each other and feel what each of these senses is bringing back to you for messages. Your highest awareness is a place that is more than your brain or mind - it acts as a message broadcast center from a place where all is connected and all is intertwined.
We pick up on those messages from this broadcast center and analyse them and interpret them and make something out of this information which takes away from it. It makes us react and feel something. But where else is that information at all times? Which organ is connected to this higher awareness at the same time and all the time? Which organ receives and reflects? Where lies the truth? It’s our heart – our heart is always connected, always present - fully aware of every moment in our life. But somehow we are not communicating with our heart or from our heart. We love to trust our analytic brain, our mind, knowing everything “up there”!!! Maybe we do that, because our mind seems to be situated in a physically "higher" place and therefore we value it higher??? We seem trapped in our mind, which easily over-analyses everything and we keep feeling so far away from our perfect organ, which really knows what is going on. Why are we so scared to go where we can be sure to receive the truth??? Why are we making it so difficult?
No situation in our life can any longer be misinterpreted or misunderstood if we act from our heart and react from our heart. Our hearts speak every language, know every meaning of every word and won’t fail in interpreting anything that is said. Our hearts feel the truth on all levels. Our hearts are our bridge to love each other and help each other and support each other! That is the only station that receives all the vibrations we need in order to “judge correctly”, but since our hearts are not judges, we are free to simply be – without thinking, without hurting each other, simply being and letting be. Connect your heart with the brain and your mind with the heart and bridge these two organs and your language will not fail any longer. I would love to give you a beautiful affirmation that can help you to connect these two organs with each other:
I am speaking and listening from my open and receptive heart !
I am free to be all that I am! Others see and know me for who I truly am!
All my communications are from and to the heart and therefore truly successful!
I write this article to remind ourselves once again of the power that we have. We only need to use it. We need to open this beautiful heart every morning consciously – to unlock the power of God within us and to invoke the presence of the unconditional love in our heart that accepts and lets be and let’s God. Our minds are not the solution, our minds are misleading us – how long do we still need to exercise a path that hasn’t worked out in the past??? Every moment we can make these few steps consciously and ask for guidance and support so that our intentions are filled with clarity and purity and are always coming from the heart.
I love your heart and I want to feel the energy coming from it – I send you all my love from all my heart.

Eva was born and raised in Germany. After finishing business school in Switzerland she discovered her ‘real’ passion for the eternal questions of Life that everybody has, but to which few people discover the answers.
To that end, she decided to become a holistic practitioner. During this education she got a wide background in all available alternative therapy disciplines.
Towards the end of her studies she decided to specialize in Bio-photonic Light Therapy (by Darbic, Dr. Acquillera, France), Frequency/Electrotherapy (Megawave 150), Color puncture, Regenaplex Cellular Therapy (Switzerland), Karma work, Hypnosis and Forgiveness work and opened her own practice first in Munich, than another one in Lucerne, Switzerland. Later, she established a healthy practice in New York City before moving to Ojai, California in March of 2004.
Eva was the protégé of Dr. Gutow in Germany. . He dedicated his whole life to finding out the reasons behind all illnesses. He took into account food, drinks, toxic surroundings or materials, homeopathic remedies in too high frequencies, astral positions, divine paths, karmic constellations, spells, entities and energies that block our good to come forth.
Dr. Gutow could access the highest self or spiritual guidance of each person and discovered that Eva had the ability to do the same work that he was doing. Using the analytical test that was developed by Dr. Gutow, Eva could immediately find out which therapy would work for which client. She explains: “It is like a key and a lock. We have to find the right key to unlock our good. Some keys work, some don’t!”
Having been blessed with many teachers, including Nadeen Shatyam , she learned that once you trust your inner voice you become connected to the universal truth and you do not need to look outside of yourself.
Everything is within us when we finally learn to believe it. Her goal is to help you to find and establish that trust in yourself. Having walked the path to self return, she knows how to guide others.
