For each of us there comes a time when we master our own Self. But for each one of us this Self Mastery looks maybe a bit differently. We all start out at a certain point within our being on our individual path. We feel we have certain qualities programmed into our own blueprint that serves us and sometimes harms us at times. Our individual journey has the goal of finding what we feel that we are missing within us. Our approach lies in identifying what is “missing” and the how-to's of “finding”. The difficulty arises when we keep on thinking we just don’t have what we need in order to “be whole” or to “have it all”.
If I ask you now, what is it that you think you are missing within you? What is it that you think you want and what do you think you don’t have? What quality do you think God has left out when you were created? What would you need to have in order to be the person you want to be right now?
Your answers could be such as: “I need more Peace of Mind or Compassion for others", or "I need the ability to feel Joy, or to trust in my own path and to have Faith in God.” Can you find your personal field of “missing quality”?
In case you have decided you are “missing" Joy for instance in your life you might have experienced focusing on other people that have Joy in their lives and you wonder why they are able to have it and not you? We all start out with our own package; our own make up and others do start out with their own package and all of these packages are worth exactly the same. -
Believe it or not, nobody has more than you have! Every individual package has different amounts of each quality and character but in the end always 100% - and all that makes up your individual persona, your wonderful essence – your beautiful unique being.
What you think you don’t have – you get to see in someone else only for one reason. Not to make you jealous or filled with envy, no – only to make you realize that it is there! It exists and if it exists – it is available in the universe. If it is available in the universe - it is for you as well.
In our Self Mastery we need to take only one simple step and that is recognizing that all that others have – we can have as well whenever we are ready to receive it and to allow it to be a part of our being.
“The Spirit can only give us what we can take, and since the taking is a mental process it is necessary for us to accept the fact that the Spirit has already provided everything.” – The Science of Mind –
In my own words I would describe Self Mastery as nothing else as simply allowing spirit to bring into form what is already there. To allow and to receive are two very difficult actions it would seem, even though we all think we want to receive as much as possible! A part of us is scared to let in and to step out of the way in order to become empty so that we can be filled.
The moment you really realize with your entire being that nothing is missing in you and that every, absolute every quality exists in you as well as in others – you are the Master of your own Self. This is also when you can feel that you are ONE with everyone around you and ONE with everything around you – since all that exists is filled with the same divine qualities.
I know you are ready to embrace your own Mastery now and to celebrate your divine wholeness and perfection.

Through a process of forgiveness and with the loving presence and help of our spirit guides, Eva enables healing to take place in mind, body, heart and soul. Eva offers individual guidance, fertility counseling, premarital guidance, couples coaching, space clearing and prayer/blessings.
Eva was born and raised in Germany. After finishing business school in Switzerland she discovered her ‘real’ passion for the eternal questions of Life that everybody has, but to which few people discover the answers.
To that end, she decided to become a holistic practitioner. During this education she got a wide background in all available alternative therapy disciplines.
Towards the end of her studies she decided to specialize in Bio-photonic Light Therapy (by Darbic, Dr. Acquillera, France), Frequency/Electrotherapy (Megawave 150), Color puncture, Regenaplex Cellular Therapy (Switzerland), Karma work, Hypnosis and Forgiveness work and opened her own practice first in Munich, than another one in Lucerne, Switzerland. Later, she established a healthy practice in New York City before moving to Ojai, California in March of 2004.
Eva was the protégé of Dr. Gutow in Germany. . He dedicated his whole life to finding out the reasons behind all illnesses. He took into account food, drinks, toxic surroundings or materials, homeopathic remedies in too high frequencies, astral positions, divine paths, karmic constellations, spells, entities and energies that block our good to come forth.
Dr. Gutow could access the highest self or spiritual guidance of each person and discovered that Eva had the ability to do the same work that he was doing. Using the analytical test that was developed by Dr. Gutow, Eva could immediately find out which therapy would work for which client. She explains: “It is like a key and a lock. We have to find the right key to unlock our good. Some keys work, some don’t!”
Having been blessed with many teachers, including Nadeen Shatyam , she learned that once you trust your inner voice you become connected to the universal truth and you do not need to look outside of yourself.
Everything is within us when we finally learn to believe it. Her goal is to help you to find and establish that trust in yourself. Having walked the path to self return, she knows how to guide others.
