Power Deck Card
of the Month: Transformation

The card for summer is Transformation. It is card 15; a west card, the color black. Death and Rebirth – Transformation.





The power of your intent leads you around the sacred wheel of endeavor. Begin today with trust and innocence in the early hours. Imagine a quiet pond and see the reflection of your true self.


At noon take a moment to close your eyes and dream. Imagine the transformation that this day offers you. Seek the strength and wisdom through your ability to love to bring this transformation into action and into the words that you speak. At night give thanks for the illumination that you have found.


Know that the form of your intent leads you to the power of Transformation. So often we want things to be a certain way. We wish for our dreams to come true and yet so many times we do not understand the difference between wishing something and actually developing your divine intent so that it can actually happen.


If you will look on the picture side of the card you will find beautiful birds flying over a tranquil pond and you will see the essence of what brings your dreams into being; the quiet center of your knowing. Your ability to live within a temple of your own being and your own making.


That temple is within your own self. It is at peace; it is still like the waters of a pond and your intent and your trust and your innocence bloom like lotuses resting on the surface of the water like Lilly pads in a beautiful quiet pristine pond.


The painting on the front of the card is also called Transformation. The pond represents the serenity of your unconscious mind and the rebirth of awareness in the west. In a sense as you look at the travail in the world today I think you would see that in the west is perhaps the hope for the world; perhaps in the feminine consciousness.


The north of the painting leads to a sacred place of prayer and worship of the Great Spirit. Find the great sanctuary within the universe. The lotus blossoms represent your transformation beginning to bloom. The doves of peace take the messages in your heart to the Great Spirit.


Prayer
Great Spirit, Mother Earth, Powers of the Four Directions – the elemental and the great beings of light, protect us and share their wisdom with us at this time. Thank you so much for surrounding all of us. Truth is an interesting subject Great Spirit. No one owns the truth. Everyone has the right to know the truth and to experience wisdom in all its facets.


But truth must be revealed carefully because there is great power in the world and often people cannot handle that power until they are ready for it. Therefore the power deck cards are designed to grow with each person who prays with them. Each time you read them, Great Spirit the meanings will take on a different shade, a different texture because you yourself will have grown and changed.


I offer to you Great Spirit the power deck as a manifestation of the inspiration that you have given me. It represents the universal mystical truth on anyone’s way to power. Thank you for your guidance Great Spirit and I send blessings and love to everyone on this beautiful day.
