Over the past few months. Valerie has been working on (and solving!) many murder cases with various police and law enforcement agencies. Therefore, she will answer 5-6 questions in this column.

Dear Valerie:
I have been unable to move on in both my love life and career. It has been ten years since I was a victim of corporate downsizing of a well paying job. I am now "circling the drain" financially, and at my age it is hard to find a job so I have been in the insurance field for the past year. What path do you think would get me on a more secure financial future.
Mortgage, and r.e. Courses......
As for my love life, will I ever find true love? I thought I had a few years ago, and truly believed it was forever. Does this man really love me and will we be reunited? We have not spoken in a year, have been apart for three years, but I truly feel he is the one I meant to be with. My DOB is 5/27/47, his 8/28/46.
Any incite/advise will be soooo appreciated.

I'm a 36 year old mother of 3 children,6 yrs,3 years & 1 yr.old. and a stay @ home mom, my husband is a very hard worker & works 2 jobs to provide for us, but we never seem to catch a financial break or anything ever good comes our way to make life a little easier. Do you see anything good in the near future to make life a little easier?

My guy always said that he would not live with a woman without the benefit of marriage. He tried that with a past relationship and it was disasterous. Today he surprised me by stating that he would like us to consider moving in together. I want to hold out for marriage. We are both in our early 50's and have each been through a divorce. We do love each other and I feel we have a strong relationship. Your thoughts on the correct "move" for me to make?
