Most of the external changes are the consequence of a change within. If we don’t engage anymore into a relationship or a certain path, the flow of the energy will change. The energy will move into a different direction. We can discuss endlessly if it is right or wrong when the engagement of a person in a relationship will fade, but it won’t help us to get anywhere. WE can’t stop others in their growth. Usually every “loss” is carrying also a “win” within. When one person leaves a relationship that has stagnated, also the other partner is set free. But this partner has to realize that it is a gift of freedom first.
If we are hoping to be with someone that doesn’t want to be with us, we actually really hurt ourselves. After a while we will realize that we have a choice and that we can give our energy into something or someone else.
It is the same with different matters. If we stop investing into our carrier we will soon find out that it comes to a stop and if we stop investing into a relationship we will soon find out that it fails. To hold on to it won’t bring you further and pointing the finger won’t help you out of the wheel of negative emotions and will like this spin endlessly. The only way is to let go. To let go of someone that you love is maybe the biggest gift that you could give yourself. To stay in a relationship that is not carried by both partners equally is destructive for both sides. At this point either the interest has to be reawakened or the process of letting go needs to set in.
When something doesn’t work out anymore, we try to repair it and if we aren’t successful with that, we might tell ourselves for a while longer that everything is okay, even though we do know that this is not the truth. After a while we do realize that we aren’t involved with all our heart anymore and that we can’t lie any longer. Now we are getting ready to let go.
As long you are holding on to a relationship or a role that has fulfilled it’s purpose already you will make yourself a prisoner of the past. Letting go asks for a lot of courage.
To say good-bye to something or someone that once has given you happiness and joy is always combined with pain. You need to be patient and feel your grief. After that you will be a new born person. You will open up to new possibilities of which you haven’t even hoped to dream of. When you look at the new options in your life you will regain your self confidence and your new life begins. You will raise out of it like a phoenix out of the ashes. You can lay the seeds of the future into the rich soil of the earth. As you know, you need to die first in order to be born again. Nobody is spared the pain of the loss of a loved one. Our identity as a person in this form in time will leave us when it is time to do so. Everybody that we love will ultimately die. Everything that we think we possess is going to leave us one day or another. Nothing really belongs to us, it is just borrowed from nature for a certain period in life. But although we know that, we still bind ourselves to “things and people” until we are forced to let go. I don’t think it is necessary to try to avoid binding ourselves, but it is important to understand when relationships begin to become destructive. To let go is one of the most important lessons on earth in our physical existence. When we learn to let go, we win a new freedom. During our experiences of our life we die many little deaths, when we let go of the arms that held us once and we walk out into a future that is unknown to us. Every time we feel the fears coming up within - we will have to walk through those fears and it will feel as if we are dying. But then we realize that it is not true and that once we let go we will be guided to that which is now important for us.
Be patient! Nobody is reborn in only one moment. It all takes time. It all is a process. This process gets easier the more we surrender to it. Just like the tides of the ocean. Life is a progressive rhythm. Earth and water are breathing together and it changes the form of the beach. Storms are coming and going but in the end peace is entering our heart. Sometime we will be able to just be with the deep emotion of acceptance of the things which are the way they are and know that they are perfect in itself. That is grace, the homecoming of God within your heart and your life.

Through a process of forgiveness and with the loving presence and help of our spirit guides, Eva enables healing to take place in mind, body, heart and soul. Eva offers individual guidance, fertility counseling, premarital guidance, couples coaching, space clearing and prayer/blessings.
Eva was born and raised in Germany. After finishing business school in Switzerland she discovered her ‘real’ passion for the eternal questions of Life that everybody has, but to which few people discover the answers.
To that end, she decided to become a holistic practitioner. During this education she got a wide background in all available alternative therapy disciplines.
Towards the end of her studies she decided to specialize in Bio-photonic Light Therapy (by Darbic, Dr. Acquillera, France), Frequency/Electrotherapy (Megawave 150), Color puncture, Regenaplex Cellular Therapy (Switzerland), Karma work, Hypnosis and Forgiveness work and opened her own practice first in Munich, than another one in Lucerne, Switzerland. Later, she established a healthy practice in New York City before moving to Ojai, California in March of 2004.
Eva was the protégé of Dr. Gutow in Germany. . He dedicated his whole life to finding out the reasons behind all illnesses. He took into account food, drinks, toxic surroundings or materials, homeopathic remedies in too high frequencies, astral positions, divine paths, karmic constellations, spells, entities and energies that block our good to come forth.
Dr. Gutow could access the highest self or spiritual guidance of each person and discovered that Eva had the ability to do the same work that he was doing. Using the analytical test that was developed by Dr. Gutow, Eva could immediately find out which therapy would work for which client. She explains: “It is like a key and a lock. We have to find the right key to unlock our good. Some keys work, some don’t!”
Having been blessed with many teachers, including Nadeen Shatyam , she learned that once you trust your inner voice you become connected to the universal truth and you do not need to look outside of yourself.
Everything is within us when we finally learn to believe it. Her goal is to help you to find and establish that trust in yourself. Having walked the path to self return, she knows how to guide others.
