The New Year has started and some of us may have thought out a few New Year resolutions for themselves. I personally have stopped making them in the last years, feeling that it was more about accepting what is and who I am in every moment and knowing that every phase of my life, if “good” or “bad”, has it’s own life and will end when it is ready to take on a new incarnation in itself. Like this, I felt, patterns fall off when they are ready to transform. We feel when layers seem to stick on us like clay and make our expression heavy and sad. We know when the time comes and the phase of self reflection has begun again. For me it feels like the tides of an ocean. There are long phases of freedom to run and play and just be and then the ocean gets higher around my ankles and the water is rising up to my knees, this is when I feel - I need to look deeper and self reflect and make changes to adjust my being.
Some New Year resolutions are about what not to do anymore and that brings our consciousness very much into a judgement about what we have been doing in the past rather than accepting that part of our lives as well. Judgments are necessary on some level, they do help us to want to improve our life. So I don’t want to judge judgments either, because they are a part of our life and ultimately there - as long as we need to have them.
Today I want to offer an idea - a little exercise that may help not only yourself but your family and your friends as well. We know that we are all connected and what ever we feel or somebody else feels will also affect us. Some people might be depressed these days that you know of and they have lost the belief in joy and love for themselves. I am thinking about offering a helping hand to all around us that are having problems of some kind. I believe in the art of manifesting through visualization and believing in perfection and infinite possibilities. We might know people with health issues and money problems, everybody knows somebody with some kind of problem right now.
If you want to join in this little experiment, please write down onto a list all the people you want to give a hand. Write down their name and what you wish for them. You can also write down projects and world issues. See the people achieving what you wish for them - see the projects turn out just the way you want them to. See the light of each person or project and see their own divine intelligence take over for them and guide them through the times of confusion.
Create a little short story in your mind for each of the people on the list, including your own little storybook about your future that you wish for. Connect with your Full Potential or God Self, know that you know the way to achieve your ultimate goals. Believe that you know, believe it not only for yourself, but for everyone on your list. Then let this wave circle between you, feel the power of this group energy generating the start up energy of your own. Suddenly it becomes not only your project, suddenly everyone on your list is involved if they know about it on this dimension or not. Their energy is involved because nothing is able to separate us from each other and so we multiply the energy and create with so much more potential. We create the love, the peace and the ultimate goals for all of us. We become - we are the channel and the power of transformation all together.
Your short stories are really little movies in which you at first see and recognize the Full Potential of one after another on your list and that allows this person to remember that they are guided and never alone even in the darkness and confusion of some periods in each others lives. Because you move down on your list you connect all the people automatically.
If you really feel the power of this you can visualize and see all the different group energies merging that are build right now out there.Then these waves reach out and become one with each other and the Full Potential Energy is covering the universe and connecting us all again with our highest Power, with our Truth. We remember that we all wish for the same things, we remember that we are all the same person, that we are all ONE.
I recommend to do this for at least 7 weeks in a row. I do it before I get up and after a while I get so used to it, that it feels like giving water to a plant and it doesn’t feel that difficult anymore to focus on the different short stories or movies. They become one story after all.

Eva was born and raised in Germany. After finishing business school in Switzerland she discovered her ‘real’ passion for the eternal questions of Life that everybody has, but to which few people discover the answers.
To that end, she decided to become a holistic practitioner. During this education she got a wide background in all available alternative therapy disciplines.
Towards the end of her studies she decided to specialize in Bio-photonic Light Therapy (by Darbic, Dr. Acquillera, France), Frequency/Electrotherapy (Megawave 150), Color puncture, Regenaplex Cellular Therapy (Switzerland), Karma work, Hypnosis and Forgiveness work and opened her own practice first in Munich, than another one in Lucerne, Switzerland. Later, she established a healthy practice in New York City before moving to Ojai, California in March of 2004.
Eva was the protégé of Dr. Gutow in Germany. . He dedicated his whole life to finding out the reasons behind all illnesses. He took into account food, drinks, toxic surroundings or materials, homeopathic remedies in too high frequencies, astral positions, divine paths, karmic constellations, spells, entities and energies that block our good to come forth.
Dr. Gutow could access the highest self or spiritual guidance of each person and discovered that Eva had the ability to do the same work that he was doing. Using the analytical test that was developed by Dr. Gutow, Eva could immediately find out which therapy would work for which client. She explains: “It is like a key and a lock. We have to find the right key to unlock our good. Some keys work, some don’t!”
Having been blessed with many teachers, including Nadeen Shatyam , she learned that once you trust your inner voice you become connected to the universal truth and you do not need to look outside of yourself.
Everything is within us when we finally learn to believe it. Her goal is to help you to find and establish that trust in yourself. Having walked the path to self return, she knows how to guide others.
