Hope At The End of The Tunnel

DThe “Power” Bell is alluding to above, is the power of tenacity. Never to give up what one believes in and therefore, knows to be right. In this wonderful time of wintry introspection, it is within all of us to keep peace with our inner beliefs, our inner knowing. Many brave souls around the earth have kept their peaceful gatherings going in order that their inner light should grow and illuminate the darkness as it descends over the hearts and minds of the masses. I have been privileged to be part of a Golden Ring of Light in the Annapolis, MD area for the past 18 years. As I write this article, over 40 representatives from all over the Middle East and the world are getting ready to sit down together to begin an arduous, but hopeful, discussion about peace. I think many of us around the globe have been doing our homework!
Annapolis, MD has the distinction of being the only other capital of the United States of America, in the past. We are governed by the great golden star of Raphael, the blue power of Michael and our state is named for Mary, Mother Earth by any other name. Of course we are surrounded by water and carry some of the earliest energies of freedom to ever imbue our early Americans with a true understanding of liberty. Annapolis also regularly hosts captains and ships from every country in the world. I like to think our city has been carefully prepared for her role as peacemaker. We also have a very well developed network of healers and practitioners of the old magic...the magic of miracles that supports what is best for Mother Nature.
Politically, everyone is holding their breath hoping for great things to come but, I believe that the Creator has brought so many diverse thinkers and believers to our hopeful shores to “feed” them the life eternal. I believe that as we feed our bodies, our souls must entertain one another in new thinking and new promise. This gathering is to plant the seeds of the new way. A seeding that may pay off on Earth, physically over the next 400 years. We must have faith that our dear Mother is bringing so many of her distracted and dis-functional children together to get a taste of true liberty and sweetness. That is not to say that Americans are the Holy Grail of leaders for the whole world.
Always, we mix the sweetness of youth and wisdom of the elders together to make up a new whole. We have at the Naval Academy, the best and brightest kids you would ever want to meet. They walk the town dressed proudly, not militantly, in the white garb of the sea. These children of all of us are polite, fresh-faced, believe in all that is right and true and have no blemishes of bully-ism or false pride. Their energy will rub off on all who sit down at the tables and on the chairs they study from every day. There is more than one way to educate Earth’s children!
Many of us have meditated and prayed for the possibility of peace to take a giant step into the future of man, soon. I think we must be satisfied to watch the baby steps take hold as we re-build Babel once more. Out of the cinders flies the Phoenix and no one but, the blind and insane would suggest we try to remain without change, now. at this time in history. In 2002 I walked away from the Naval Academy’s cemetery after being present at Admiral Elmo Zumwalt’s internment and felt an amazing wave of strength walk down the hill and over into the city of Annapolis. Present at the funeral was more brass than you could possibly imagine. I stood next to Four Star Generals, Admirals, Senators and officers of great distinction. There are many heroes buried on the grounds of the Academy. On that day, as cannons fired in salute, I walked away from the cemetery fully cognizant that a huge force of energy was heading down the hill along with me and many others.
I like to think the power was called forth from God to prepare a new way and a new place of peace for hopeful men and wisdom to gather again, in order to find a more fruitful union among nations. Many commented on how brave they felt and moved by the service at the cemetery. I believe that even in death we serve a Higher Power and Purpose. What better way for all our champions and heroes of today and the past to serve their Mother/Father God, than to gather a force of liberty and arrange for many who do not understand Her shining concept of Freedom, to come visit on a sunny day in November of 2007?
Keep up your daily meditations and find peace in your hearts as the season of light bathes us again in wisdom and love. Become the force for good that you know yourself to be and embrace joy, for it can truly change the world. The reason for the season is, pure and simple, about reaffirming sweetness, innocence and joy within ourselves so we may become more like the soul that rides through us. May your lessons come to you easily, feed you deeply and leave you wanting so much more....

Dr. Gwen G. MacGregor is a nationally recognized intuitive life coach and metaphysical teacher with clients in 37 states and 7 countries.
She is also a Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist with a thriving practice helping clients modify addictive thinking through spiritual, mental and magical means.
Conducting seminars and Master's Classes nationwide, she travels several months out of each year to such cities as Charlotte, NC, Charleston, SC, Philadelphia, PA, Los Angeles, CA and Pittsburgh, PA, to name but a few.
Dr. MacGregor has successfully consulted with over 2,000 clients across the United States and abroad utilizing her skills as a gifted clairvoyant-life coach, hypnotherapist, tarot and palm reader. While she is originally from New York and Washington, DC, she currently makes her home in Annapolis, MD near the Severn River.
Gwen believes in being an on-going activist and just recently stepped down from her work as an empowerment director for 18 years with the Good Knight Campaign for Protection - a national non-profit organization dedicated to stopping crime and violence against children.Her full-time volunteering allowed her to work with thousands of children and their families.
Today, she still emphasizes the "champion" within all children, whether they be 6 or 60 years old and she conducts workshops challenging adults and children to fulfill their true potential through community volunteering, character development and self-esteem boosting on
physical, mental and spiritual levels. She has worked with "Indigo"children for most of her adult life.
Dr. Gwen has also volunteered for the American Red Cross, and The Washington Home Hospice of Washington, D.C.
Dr. MacGregor is a regular contributor on radio stations in Washington, DC, Baltimore and Annapolis and has appeared as a guest on the "Art Bell Show." She has also appeared on "Inside Edition," "America's Most Wanted," and the New Age television series, "Strange Universe."
Known for her clear receptionand accurate spirit readings, she is often called upon to assist in locating missing children, and has consulted on Civil Defense Air and Sea Rescue Missions. Her work with angels and spiritual mastery led to a splendid article being written in The Washington Post.
She consults with medical doctors, acupuncturists, psychologists and chiropractors to assist in patient diagnosis. She has been teaching for Prince George's & Howard County, MD, Community Colleges,' Continuing Education Programs for over 10 years as well as conducting ongoing Master's Classes in Ascension Studies. Dr. MacGregor has a B.A. in Sociology (U of MD), an M.S. inSocial Work (U of MD), a Doctorate in Divinity (ULC-CA) and a ChT in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy (NATH).
Dr. MacGregor regularly takes her innovative approach to intuitivecounseling on the road presenting informative seminars at community centers, corporate board rooms, festivals and New Age Expos. Her individual spiritual consultations address issues such as personal health, success, loving relationships and self-empowerment techniques for corporations and individuals. She is a distinguished Reiki Master, and incorporates healing touch and esoteric ceremonial techniques into much of her work.
As a spiritual counselor and clairvoyant, Gwen G. MacGregor has dedicated the last 26 years of her life to promoting balanced spiritual and physical integration. Her readings move clients to take greater responsibility for their own lives and success. According to Dr. MacGregor, "We have been sent here [to Earth] to learn about love and experience all kinds of compassionate relationships.
