A Warm Hello, from my heart and body-it's virtually 103 degrees in the shade as I write this!
As you may know, changes in the weather, and cycles of the moon, particularly affect our moods and physical bodies. If THAT'S not enough, the media is bombarding us with sensationalism and straight out 'Bad' news. Of course, all is relative, but no one has to explain the difference of what 'good' and 'bad' is-the former lifts your spirits, the latter deflates you.
Nothing our Creator has provided is truly bad. However, there are some pragmatic choices we are blessed with being able to make, concerning what we allow near us, in us and through us. Listen to so-called news, read it, or don't. Keep your own counsel. Decide what you choose to believe. Let's face it, before we had all of the technological means to receive discouraging data, we had friends, neighbors and relatives to do that job;) Aha! So, how do you handle the individuals who habitually 'bring you down'? You either avoid them, if you're not obliged to continue knowing them; or, you attempt to explain the impact of their words on you, and work it out, if you can. Still, what if you're one of the really sensitve souls out there? Someone who, like a television station STILL picks up negative energy.
Take heart! There are more of you out there then you might imagine. After 9-11, I've been hearing more and more from gentle, dear souls who ALL seem to have developed physical maladies and manifestations in their bodies. They have 'taken on' the pain of the world, and it has entered their bodies. For those of you who feel that you may be a part of the above group of 'hypersentients'-this is very good news! I will share one method now, that has brought about relatively rapid healing in many.
This is specifically for people who wish to become 'unflappable' and untouched by upsetting things they hear or see. I do not wish to discourage medical counsel, and for goodness sake-change your point of focus to something that empassions, or at least pleases you! YOU yes YOU can change what you attract to yourself-even during this 'spell' of mass and or what doctors call Global Hysteria. No, it's NOT your fault, but knowing the source suggests the cure.
Begin this very moment speaking to each and every one of your cells. Send a pulsating golden light throughout your body. Allow yourself to feel bathed and cleansed and calm. Thank every individual cell for entering your body as perfect and healthy. Then, visualize yourself surrounded inside of a protective mirror. The mirror will encompass your entire body from the tip of your toes to the top of your head. It will be facing you, but be double-sided and also be facing OUTWARD. Then, go about your business of living. Walk, speak, act and KNOW that all that is good will reach you as well as those sending you such energy; just as all that may be harmful will be deflected and bounce back to the sender!
Make no mistake about it: NOTHING OUTSIDE OF YOUR SOUL can ever ACTUALLY hurt you unless you allow it to do so. That's a tough concept to accept as a personal truth, especially when you're very sensitive. The foregoing method is for you to use, until you are ready to accept and implement that truth. I will continue to offer more methods in forthcoming columns. This IS a potpourri, so let's move on.
First, I want to thank EVERYONE for the overwhelming response to my columns on intention and the power of our auras on electrical appliances. I'll do my best to include some of your notes, and continue with them next month. Strangely (or maybe not;), many of you took me up on my offer just to write about anything that you considered important.
I will first address the matter of the news, since that seemed to dominate the mail. This came from a rather sad, disillusioned fellow , even more saddened by reading that Aliens were using us as an 'experiment for their amusement and entertainment'

And as in your reply to him on how we choose to see our own reality, if you choose to see 3D and 4D aliens inhabiting the planet, then that is what you will create. I choose not to believe it. Thank you for sharing your and your brother's reactions to what can be volitionally viewed and embraced as 'bad' news. Just think about the energy or de-energizing that takes place based on what you decide to choose that clearly lower your personal frequency as a reality!
All desires can be turned into physical realities. Here the uses of affirmations, passion and proper channeling of sexual energy is the key. However, you cannot just mouth off affirmations, like a parrot. Although, I have known some passionate parrots whom I am SURE meant what they said! Really. But, that's another column, save but to invite your comments and experiences w/just how telepathic out animal friends are…
Think about it. Do you really think a starving tiger works in a painstakingly detailed manner with a strong intention and mental picture of the desire? Well guess what?-- he or she DOES! But it's all natural. No THINKING involved. Just as the Sun does not fret
about rising and setting, so too CAN WE become that innocent; live well, and make manifest our desires.
New and strange concept? Maybe to some of you. To the others, it's probably just a loving memo. You Know Everything Once You Stop Thinking!!! If the above sounds familiar, it's the title of one of my books (IDEAL), as well as one of the favorite seminars I conduct. We work a great deal with thought transmission exercises, as well as methods of magnetizing the human aura to increase the power of attraction. Now, more than ever, we are focusing on Global peace, prosperity, power, protection, safety, solace, health and success, to name a few;)
Here's another wonderfully thought out response to a 'news' story on a website that blamed both the first and second President Bush for the Middle East Wars. It went as far as to say that they are in cahoots with Aliens from Outer Space, who are now living here in human bodies, inhabiting strong political figures. The Presidents were accused of starting the wars, coming in as heroes. This is to eventually dominate the world, financially and politically.
"We seem to live in a "victim society". Someone else is always doing something to us, which is why life is so difficult and we have no control. My feeling is if people take responsibility for their lives, thoughts, feelings and actions, they would not have to create aliens to explain why things happen. I could not read the whole thing. It sounded like the ramblings of someone with a chemical imbalance. In my opinion a complete waste of time. Think about it, even if it were true, what could we do about it except blame the aliens for why life sucks. Sounds like someone has been abducted by ex- files." Anonymous
Telepathy is a strong factor in transmission of energy. Examples of how and where it exists will be cited in later columns, including telepathy with plants, animals, children, even traffic police;) Also important in mental creating is astral projection. It can be used to heal relationships, recreate the future, release the past and overcome phobias. Happily, we, as a united group can use our telepathy to CHANGE EVEN WHAT WE HEAR ON THE NEWS! I promise you, our thoughts are incredibly powerful. The irony of this POWER is that it's as easy to do as ANYTHING natural…enjoying a sunset, a warm hug, the smell of new baby - yes DIRECTING thought energy is easier than blinking your eyes - you need only have faith and trust that it IS a done deal;)

Another example did not involve touching anything. We were coming out of a store on the upper West Side of Manhattan one night when all the streetlights in our block went off. It was dark and dangerous, as construction made walking perilous. She stopped walking and concentrated. Within seconds, all the streetlights came back on! For those of you who've attended my workshops, this is 'old news';) Whether invited to do so or not, someone always manages to bring in a broken appliance to be 'healed'. My intent was to demonstrate to my student that LIGHT ALWAYS overcomes darkness!
OK. Now we know we can affect inanimate objects - even OUTSIDE of our homes, and we know how to do it! So, why should the business of creating World Peace be any different? It isn't!!! The news will be there to give us the blues… And even if we shut off our TV's and radios, someone is bound to send us an email about how Chicago is next to be bombed and ET's are running our lives.
The Panacea: We first must allow ourselves to accept it, become one with it (not the news, but the feelings it brings up in us, before the feelings take residence in our bodies, and become physical maladies). Then, enter the deepest part of your inner being. Once you are in this state of true being, and real consciousness (especially when doing this with others, preferably at the same time), transformation occurs! Be it a healing of a body, plant, animal or planet! This is not simplistic, just natural. Peace and joy and inner freedom is our birthright. Truth is never complicated, and surely not convoluted with thoughts! The focal point controls the outcome!

Here's another comment from a businessman from Germany, re: News that the US 'planned' the 9/11 attacks, in order to eventually take over the world.
"I rather doubt it. It looks like something that someone cooked up to discredit conspiracy conversations. If you were to send this to someone, and then I were to talk to the same person next day and talk about the Illuminati, or the Bilderbergers, etc., then there would be an association, and the conversation would die. I see lots of this type of thing, stuff about "black helicopters", etc., and it all appears to be diversionary.
The piece itself doesn't make any sense. If we are just here to experience, we could just as easily do that by Birching, or anything else that makes a difference. Yes, how 'bout the "experience" of making a difference. The writer here seems to be interested in promoting immobility, which is the very thing munitions manufacturers, international bankers, NWO moguls, etc., would like to promote.
The writer also contradicts him/herself. In several places he/she says there is no One God (a dead giveaway to begin with), and then in other places starts talking about God as an assumed reality. "
