Dateline November 2003. I have enjoyed writing my columns this year about various astrological subjects. I also wear another hat. I serve a healing ministry as a shaman/healer and have clients all over the world. I specialize in soul retrieval at a distance. How does this tie-in with Crystal Triangle Lightbody Activation?
PART 1
I remember exactly what I was doing on August 27, 1987. I was stumbling through pitch-black woods before dawn making my way to Cascade Head near Lincoln City, Oregon, the confluence of the Salmon River and the Pacific Ocean. The blackness veiled gnarled protruding tree roots luring unwary hikers' toes over the side of the narrow trail. This wasn't a suicide mission nor was I alone in seeking out special places to greet the sunrise that special day. It was Harmonic Convergence. That date actually initiated a process that is closely aligned with a significant November 2003 eclipse.
I co-authored a book with my brother, Duane Henkle, titled The Lightbody Activation Manual. Briefly, the premise of the book is that humanity and Planet Earth are poised to make an evolutionary leap into the fifth dimension in the year 2012. Your lightbody is the vehicle that takes you there.
My brother moved to Hawaii where Pleiadian beings introduced him to a nine-step method for activating the lightbody. Since publication, many people all over the world using specially programmed crystals have already anchored their lightbodies triggering DNA changes.

Ascension and lightbody activation are connected to the November eclipse
Harmonic Convergence was a very big deal in 1987. Here is what our book says about that event. The quoted passage is only a brief excerpt. I advise reading the entire account in the book about how it came to be that we "lost" our twelve-strand DNA and plunged through time-space to bottom out here on the third dimension where most of humanity, left with only a two- strand DNA, fell asleep. That "fall" lives on in legend and myth, including accounts in the Christian Bible. Today there is a marked division between those on the planet in an awakened consciousness and those who are still asleep.

"Fast forward to the Harmonic Convergence of August 16 and 17, 1987. The High Creational Beings of the Milky Way Galaxy scheduled at this time a measurement of the vibration rate of Planet Earth. This would be the moment of truth. The most likely scenario was for life on Earth to once again be terminated, this time by a meteor from outer space aimed squarely at the Earth. The measurement was taken and to the surprise of the High Beings on the other side of the veil, EARTH PASSED THE TEST. A great change of consciousness had swept through the land (thank God for the Sixties!). The meteor was destroyed and the plan scrubbed to terminate life and start over once again. Instead, Earth was placed on ascension status for preparation for a shift into a higher dimension."
Now you can see why there was such a rash of doom and gloom prophesies then. They are still floating around by psychics who haven't dialed into the new channel. The day was saved by awakened lightworkers who failed to give in to fear scenarios and instead held fast to a vision of peace, not war or annihilation through cataclysmic catastrophes. The need now is to get everyone we can to activate their lightbodies in order to reach critical mass. The Shift is planned for all of humanity AND Planet Earth. That makes this evolutionary leap special in that the planet is ascending into the higher dimension as well.
The next critical date was the great eclipse in Leo August 11, 1999. Spirit abruptly called my brother back from Hawaii after a three-year hiatus there and he arrived to spend a month with me and undertake a long shamanic journey on that date. I experienced one of my most remarkable visions that day as my husband, brother and I briefly touched into the fifth dimension and witnessed the opening of huge stargates releasing energies that have not flowed into this dimension for a very long time, if ever. (It was a blast!) For you people involved in lightbody activation, you will be interested to know that the cylinder to activate the spiritual body was not part of the lightbody activation up to that time. It was added the day after the eclipse.
I will share one more piece of background information before moving on to the eclipse coming up in November. A Spirit Teacher, Thomas, worked with me for about 11 years. That's a book in itself, believe me! He left in the early "90s and I never really expected to "see" him again. About a month ago, I was preparing to do a past life reading for a friend. That is fairly routine for me since I make my living doing it. As I closed my eyes I thought I was hit by a tornado. I got a terrific charge of energy and it felt like my body was whirling around in circles.
My eyes flew open and I clearly was aware that I was in a deep altered state. Have you ever had just a little too much wine to drink? If so, you know that things look a bit different from cold sober reality. That is the best analogy I can give for the cock-eyed state that persisted over days and then weeks. I began to fear that there was something growing in my brain that shouldn't be there.
It was my Teacher, Thomas. He is back!
Some of you are aware of my healing ministry as a shaman/healer. What many people do not know is that I work with a group. We have worked together in one combination or another for over 20 years. There are four of us, my husband Don, my brother Duane, my son David and me.
We receive very strong guidance whenever a special high-energy event comes along. The fact that Thomas is back was our first clue that something really important is afoot. The three men have reported they also have experienced high voltage energies assailing them for days at a time as well. Since the other guys felt this too I decided all of us probably did not have brain tumors so I calmed down on that score. In recent days I am hearing from my spiritually attuned clients who guardedly report that they, too, are experiencing light-headedness and a variety of symptoms similar to ours. Eclipse energies begin well in advance
of the exact date of culmination.
I have since channeled a great deal of information from Thomas, although my channeling circuits were a bit rusty. He explained that the vibratory rate of earth is rising and we will receive quite a blast in connection with the work my group will be doing that day. He is getting us wired up so that when the day comes we will tolerate the energies.
The new energies are not altogether pleasant. We aren't used to them. I finally asked Thomas to turn down the juice so that I could get caught up on my work. I went to my office and just stared at the wall many days on end. Fortunately, he cut me some slack and I have returned to a more comfortable level for now. I don't mean to imply that we are the only ones experiencing the higher energies right now, not at all.
So that brings us up to the present and ready for an examination of the eclipse. This is a lunar eclipse and is exact at 1:13 AM Greenwich Mean Time on November 9, 2003. That coincides with Pacific Standard Time at 5:13 PM on November 8. (Calculate the time in your area accordingly.) This is being hailed as Harmonic Concordance Day and will be observed worldwide by many, just like Harmonic Convergence was. For a great Web site on this subject log on to www.astrosite.com.

PART TWO
A SOLAR ECLIPSE FOLLOWS THE NOVEMBER 8TH LUNAR ECLIPSE
THE SECOND ECLIPSE OCCURS NOVEMBER 23, 2003
There is a window between those two eclipses
Be open to the new energies streaming in from newly opened portals.
For some readers this material may be very unfamiliar. I am sorry if this information is presented in somewhat abrupt fashion with scant explanation of some of the ideas. These two articles are for those readers who have some background knowledge of the subject. I did not think it was appropriate to extend the articles past this length, and at that this exceeds the word count that I ordinarily shoot for. This is also not intended to convince the incredulous. For readers interested in informing themselves further on this subject, check the bibliography in my book.
In Part One I reiterated some background information about past events that now lead us to the eclipse on November 8/9 now known as Harmonic Concordance. The exact moment of the eclipse as listed in the ephemeris corresponds to 5:13 PM Pacific Standard Time. Other time zones of the world will observe the eclipse on November 9. This is a lunar eclipse and occurs in 16 degrees of Taurus. A solar eclipse follows on November 23 at 2:59 PM PST at one degree fourteen minutes Sagittarius. That is a high-energy window between the two eclipses.
HUMAN DNA MUTATIONS OCCURRING
The focus now is on the DNA changes that need to occur to ascend into the fifth dimension for the Shift that is coming in 2012. According to my conversations (I prefer that to "channeling") with Thomas we will be working with the keys that unlock the DNA codes. My son, David, has talked about his work with code keys long before our book was written and before we ever heard of lightbody and ascension.
This is not a totally new idea, by the way. There are people now who do DNA activations already. For those of you who are plugged into this, I think the release of the code keys actually kick starts the ascension process and makes it available now to the mass consciousness
Rare Star of David formed by the Planets that Day
Astrologically this eclipse date has been the subject of great interest before it was called Harmonic Concordance. That is because a rare Star of David pattern
Is formed by the planetary line-up that day. This means that the planets are spaced about 60 degrees apart around a 360-degree circle forming six points.
What and where does it happen?
The degree of the eclipse in the middle degrees of Taurus will also activate the chart of people born around the middle of Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius. That is for the Sun sign only. The eclipse point will energize many other points in horoscopes, perhaps a Moon placement or other planets in those degrees. You need a copy of your chart to know for sure. Consult your local astrologer to see what this activates in your life. Eclipses are change points and there seems to be somewhat of a universal fear of their portents. It is not to be feared, it is to be understood.
A Lot Going on Besides the Eclipse
There are some other astrological goodies on the plate that day. I sent out a piece on Mars recently so I will not repeat that here only to say that on eclipse day Mars returns to the point where it shifted into backward motion at the end of August. It emerges from its shadow to take forward action, which is its basic nature. Do you have an agenda in hand? Uranus turns to go forward that day as well, in the sign of Aquarius.
A Time to Purge
The period between now and November 8th appears to be a time of cleansing. I was struck by a terribly painful gall bladder attack recently. After that horrific episode it was drawn to my attention that a gall bladder/ liver flush and cleanse was in order. As it happens all of us in my group have been focusing on the physical body for some months now. The new energies coming in are definitely physical and cause real physiological changes. At a convention of geneticists in Mexico City in the late '90s, the topic of interest was the evidence of "the greatest human mutation since we crawled out of the slime" (in their words).
It was probably an intuitive prompting now that I see how vigorously my group simultaneously pursued weight loss, exercise, flushes, cleansings and extreme alterations in diet. My husband and my son and brother have lost weight and started internal cleansings as well. We are also all involved in a house purge and many of my clients report an urge to clear out their spaces as well. We have supported Goodwill this year. Where does all this stuff come from anyway?

I have been working for many years on the inner union of the masculine and feminine in my psyche. I recently began seeing a series of images of myself emerging as a very tall woman emerging from an egg. How symbolic can it get? I am "enjoying" a powerful Pluto transit, often a time of transformation.
A time for Powerful Break-through
When the inner joining occurred my husband made a shift into another dramatically different consciousness nearly overnight. My inner union projected onto my outer union. It is obviously synergistic with other energies that are swirling about us. It is one of the most amazing transitions I have ever seen. That is why I think one theme of this time is about overcoming duality. I interpret this also as a time when the most powerful breakthroughs are possible.
So what will happen to you that day? What will happen to any of us? That I cannot answer. Obviously there will be a variety of experiences from one person to another. I think it is a bad idea to anticipate some mind-blowing experience. This is a time to affirm your values, prayerfully attune to peace, joy and harmony and include Mother Earth in your prayers and ceremonies. It is more about being a channel to anchor the energies flooding Earth that day.
Just Another Day Like All Days?
John Townley writes that it may be just another day at the office. I don't agree with the sentiment that this is merely a day with an unusual astrological line-up, however, for many people it may be just that. At the Harmonic Convergence it is apparent in hindsight that things have changed profoundly since then but we did not realize the full significance at the time. November 8th is also one more high-energy time in an unfolding process toward ascension. It will take time and hindsight to understand the full import of this as well.
Many Other Cultures know About Ascension Dates
A lot has been written about the Mayan prophecies and the end of the Mayan calendar. In fact, the prophecies from many cultures point to the ascension date of 2012, including the Hopi prophecies that have been very accurate over the years. One fact about the Mayan calendar needs to be corrected. Their calendar does not end that day. More accurately it makes a transition into a new cycle. Many of the predictions about "the end of the world" are generated from that widely misquoted idea.
Do not buy into fear and end-of-the-world scenarios!
So what should you do that day? The emphasis is on unity, community and group participation. If you are a solitary observer remember that you are actually connected to a large network of spiritual participants. You can design a ritual as simple as a meditation or as elaborate as your imagination dictates.

My group of course has been very involved in lightbody activation so we will be doing Crystal Triangle activations individually and then will sit as a group inside two large interlocking triangles duplicating the six-pointed star for our shamanic work. We always fast that day. (Are gin and tonics fasting?) I would love to hear what your plans are and what you felt about your experience on the eclipse day. I hope many of you will observe it in some fashion. As my brother likes to say, "Critical mass is calling you." Every person counts.
